Jesus -  “Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high,”  Hebrews 1:3
Muhammad -  "Praise worthy; servant of God ('abd), announcer (bashir), warner (nathir), reminder (mudhakkir), witness (shahid), bearer of good tidings (mubashshir), one who calls [unto God] (dā‘ī) and the light-giving lamp (siraj munir)." Qur'an 73:1
Muhammad's Belief In The Bible
Muslims should note that nowhere in the Qur'an there is even a suggestion that the Christian Biblical text has been altered or corrupted. The word "tahrif" is never used with reference to the Christian Gospels (Injil). The Qur'an occasionally accuses the Jews of altering their Scripture (like in Surah 5:13); but it never levels this accusation at Christians. It in no way implies that the text of the Gospel of Jesus (Injil) has been corrupted. In fact, the Qur'an attests to the validity of the Christian Gospels, Zabur (Psalms) and the Torah.

Again, below Muhammad attests to the Torah's (Taurat) authority. So, for Muslims to claim the Bible was corrupted is an argument already lost.  - In Surah 5:48 we are told that Muhammad is given the Qur'an as a confirmation of the bible; that is - it is meant to prove the bible's authenticity.... "-
In Surah 46:12 we are told.. "When before it there was the Scripture of Moses, an example and a mercy; and this is a confirming Scripture in the Arabic language, that it may warn those who do wrong and bring good tidings for the righteous. "
Muhammad led 27 military campaigns against innocent
villages and caravans & planned 38 others

"I am the prophet that laughs when killing my enemies." (Hadith)

Christians & Jewish martyrs say; "I will die for what I believe".
A Muslim martyr says; "you will die for what I believe"....

 WARFARE
The Muslim Qur'an (Koran) and Muslim Hadith are unique among all the sacred writings in the entire world -- because they alone counsel its followers to make war on unbelievers. Any thoughtful reader will be forced to admit that evil literally "drips" from their pages. One in every 55 verses in the Muslim Qur'an consists of this fake god Allah insisting that Muslims make war on unbelievers.
THE OLD TESTAMENT
Human society again became corrupted. Few of Noah's descendants served God. Out of all the peoples on earth, God called Abram. Like all the biblical heroes, Abram sinned. Yet because of his faith, God would declare him righteous. Abram strove to obey God. As God prospered him, Abram gained ever more servants. He trained some of these servants in war and thus formed his own army. When marauding kings captured his nephew, Abram sent his army to rescue Lot and those captured with him (Genesis 14:14). Abram ordered his army to attack at night without warning. In the battle that followed he routed his enemies and rescued the captives.
This is the first mention of armies in the Bible — the first mention of organized state violence. On one side we have the armies of the invading kings. On the other side we have the army of Abram, the man of faith. This is also the first mention of military tactics. Abram used a night attack to catch his enemies off guard. He did not simply fight a defensive war. Abram went on the offensive in territory far from his own to rescue his nephew.
When Abram returned from battle, Melchizedek, priest of the Most High God, attributed Abram's victory to God. "Blessed be God Most High," he says, "who delivered your enemies into your hand" (Genesis 14:19). He has no condemnation for what Abram has done.
SALVATION AND THE AFTERLIFE

Muslim Beliefs
Christian Beliefs
The need for salvationMuslims believe that people are born sinless. They do not seek a Savior. They depend on their own good works to please Allah, who they worship. They hope Allah will forgive their sins.Christians believe sin is part of human life (Romans 5:12). Christ died for our sins to bring us to God (1 Peter 3:18). By the grace of God through faith in Jesus Christ, people can be forgiven of the sins that separate them from God (Ephesians 2:8).

According to Muslim belief, whether with the black-eyed virgins or with Muslim women who entered Paradise, the black-eyed virgins are beautiful white young women, with black pupils and very white retinas, whose skin is so delicate and bright that it causes confusion.  They are like hidden pearls, they have wide eyes, and they have not been touched by man or jinn.   They are virgins, who yearn for their husbands, all the same age, morally and physically beautiful.  Allah cleaned them of all impure things. This doctrine is the result of a mistranslation; the word “Houris” in his english interpretation of Qur’an as “Youths of perpetual freshness.” He also described them in his commentary: “The companionship of Beauty and Grace is one of the highest pleasures of life. In this bodily life it takes bodily form. In the higher life it takes a higher form…
The truth is, (paraphrase) "The promise of “70 virgins” for Islamic suicide bomber martyrs is in fact a mistranslation of the original text. The correct translation was supposed to be “70 white raisins.” Imagine the disappointment on these people’s faces who upon dying, awake to find themselves to be surrounded on their bed not by virgins but raisins." Context makes it clear that it is food and drink that is being offerred, and not unsullied maidens or houris.
The Kingdom Of Heaven  The following verses are taken from MatthewView Image
"Blessed are the poor in spirit,
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven." (5:3)
"Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness,
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven." (5:10)
"Anyone who breaks one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do the same will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever practices and teaches these commands will be called great in the kingdom of heaven. For I tell you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the Pharisees and the teachers of the law, you will certainly not enter the kingdom of heaven." (5:19-20)
"... Your kingdom come,
your will be done
on earth as it is in heaven." (6:10)
"But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well." (6:33)
"Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven." (7:21)

The real marriage

A marriage is described in heaven. The "bride" is composed of all believers in Jesus Christ. The "groom" is none other than Jesus Himself. This kind of idea seems okay for women, but tends to make us men a little nervous. I find it difficult to consider myself as a bride. However, the "marriage" to the lamb (Jesus Christ) is obviously a symbol of the unity of believers with Jesus Christ in heaven. Revelation 19:1
Summary:  the Koran is based solely upon what one person (Muhammad) allegedly saw and heard, one cannot help but question its claims of divine origin. [Interestingly, the second Sura in the Koran begins by saying, “This Book is not to be doubted.” Thus, I suppose we are violating one of the first commands in the Koran by asserting that it should be doubted (cf. 1 John 4:1; Matthew 24:24).] According to Islamic tradition, Mohammed, the founder of Islam, received revelations from the angel Gabriel on various occasions over a period of twenty-three years (Geisler and Saleeb, 1993, p. 90; cf. Sura 25:32; 17:106). After each personal encounter with Gabriel, Mohammed allegedly recited the words to scribes (cf. Sura 73:1-7). The Islamic scripture is based entirely upon these private “experiences.” As Kippy Myers noted: “Only one person allegedly saw the angel. Only one person allegedly heard a voice. Only one person allegedly saw the visions. The only way to become a Moslem, then, is to take this one man’s word for it” (1994, p. 11, emp. added).
View Image Concerning the evident inaccuracy of the prediction in Sura 30:2-4, it seems to be very significant evidence which disqualifies Mohammed as a true prophet of God. It might be possible that Mohammed never actually intended to be considered a prophet, nor that the Koran was to be thought of as scripture, but that Mohammed just wanted to write commentary and human opinions about God, so that the Koran may be considered to be a history, or great prose and poetry, and a religious commentary, however, it cannot be said to be actual scripture with the true words of God.

Because of its fulfilled prophetic predictions, it is the Bible which stands high and exalted as truly originating from God, and it is YHWH of the Bible who distinguishes himself as being the true and living Almighty God! It is the Bible which can be trusted to describe who God truly is, what he is like, and what his requirements for salvation actually are. He is the one who sets out the challenge for anyone else to foretell the future. "Thy Word Is Truth." - Jesus

MAKE YOUR ETERNAL CHOICE
God did not intend for mankind to treat truth and obedience to him like people choose between products and goods in a grocery store, that is not what it means to be obedient to God through Jesus. Christianity is not our way to God, but rather God's way to us, for us, and through us. In other words, there is no faith other than the faith that God has imparted to us, and that faith is in his son Jesus. There is no other name by which we can obtain salvation, which is actually granted by God's grace and mercy. The Christian life is the love and knowledge of Jesus Christ, and him manifesting that knowledge of love and faith of him, granted to us by grace. The Lord is good, and it is a blessing to receive knowledge and revelation of him. I choose Jesus.

KICKING THE QU'RAN

Kicking The Koran
The Muslims also believe in the resurrection of both the wicked and the righteous and the final judgment. The problem with this is that the Muslims deny that Christ was murdered, and don't believe that he died, but ascended into heaven. However, according to Christianity, Jesus is the resurrection of the dead, and Lord of the living. Therefore, if Christ isn't raised from the dead, how can there even be a resurrection of the dead, thus, Christ is the resurrection and the Life, so how can the Muslims claim that there is a resurrection??  What Islam did was only acknowledge Jesus as a prophet, and not Jesus being the resurrection of the dead, and the firstborn among all creation.

Islam and Christianity both proclaim an eternal dwelling of the lost and saved, in either Hell or Heaven (Paradise). But, according to Islam, when Muslims leave this life to enter the next, they believe that they'll have virgin women in heaven, but Christianity does not teach this, and neither can be, because the bible does not teach that. The teaching of Jesus was that the church is the virgin of Christ, waiting for his return, and I believe that Christ is the bridegroom of the church. Also, even Jesus said himself, "When we leave this life, there is no marriage in heaven, but we are being prepared as angels in heaven." [paraphrase]
Therefore, Islamic teaching is not based on teachings of Jesus. Therefore, in many ways, the structure of the end (eschatology) is only plagiarizing some parts of Christian theology, but goes a whole different way. Revelation warned about adding or taking away from the truth, and how the Muslims deliberately misinterpret biblical scripture, while denying that Christ was the ransom for many, and even denies that the bible is accurate, is proof that they can't possibly have the spirit of God within them, because God would not deny himself, and his word (Jesus), who was in the beginning with him John 1:1, and the Word (Jesus) did not return unto the Almighty God  " void. "

An interesting fact about Islam. It can be just about anything a leader wants it to be. If in times of war, it can be a religion of great violence. In times of peace, it can be a religion of peace, meditation and goodness to the fellows. For instance approx 1/3 of Ireland is now Muslim and they claim to be kind,  loving peaceful people, and will defend Islam to their death, but the true Muslim hides the details of ancient Islamic religion from converts.
They teach what they want to create.

5 THINGS TO SAY WHEN DEBATING A MUSLIM:
1)  "Jesus never called His Father "Allah"

2)  How can they say that they believe in Jesus when they're ignorant of simple truths about him?

3)  What language did Jesus speak when he walked this earth?

4)  What is the name of God Almighty in Jesus' native language?

5)  If the bible is inaccurate, what source should Christians read?

SCIENCE

The Lord Created The Heavens and The Earth
Humanity owes most of the discoveries and science of the 19th and 20th centuries to the Jewish scientists, but the secular world won't tell you that, because Jews are a quote-on-quote "religious people," therefore, they might influence the world by their belief in the Almighty God. The schools and universities won't tell you that the believers in God, the Almighty are the very same people who contributed most of their wonders to this now, so-called "secular" world. 15 million people throughout the world, united and won their rights through work and knowledge. What does this mean? This reaffirms the verses in the bible, "By wisdom the LORD laid the earth's foundations, by understanding he set the heavens in place; by his knowledge the deeps were divided, and the clouds let drop the dew. Proverbs 3:19-20

"Why Persecute Me?"
This is what Christ said to Saul prior to converting him. The most intriguing fact is that
Muslims reject the apostle Paul's teachings and don't give the bible its credibility as Paul being a faithful witness of Christ, but the Muslims, are, in fact, repeating the same acts that the apostle Paul did, when he was persecuting Christians (prior to his conversion). What does this say? This says that the Muslims are not only hypocrites, but they claim to reject Pauline doctrine, while they're at the same time, persecuting Christians like Paul did, therefore, they may as well be followers of Paul's "unconverted nature (sinful, persecuting state)."

ARABIC RELIGION
Islam is a purely Arabic religion. They say a prayer 5 times a day, but that prayer actually curses Jews and Christians, God's chosen. They have to recite the 1st Qu'ranic verse. Sadly, the non-Arabic Muslims repeat the verse without knowing what they are saying. Even the language of Islam is a negative, dead language, replete with violence, anger, hatred, and racism. If a man is dominated by negative language, he will emerge as a negative, reckless, and non-productive person who rejects everything. The prophet of Islam said,  "I was ordered to fight the people until they believe in Allah and His Messenger."   Therefore, we can know the nature of Islamic doctrine by the seed it plants into the hearts of its followers, of which we can conclude that Islam is politically motivated, and imposes itself by brute force.  Ask yourself this question, and be honest, if, in fact, the Qu'ran instructs Muslims to kill anyone who does not believe in it, could Islam be considered a good religion? The answer is no.  So, it is a  totalitarian doctrine of force (evil).
Whenever someone criticizes Islam for the evil they're doing, there's always an ignorant person who tries to verbally defend Islam, and will even criticize Christianity, even after knowing that Jesus never carried a sword, chopped off heads, whipped adulterers/adulteresses with the whip, or jailed people for their offenses. He (Jesus) said "let him who has not sinned, cast the first stone." If you read the true story of the life of Muhammad, you'll find 2 major truths about him, his raids and his wives. But, compare it with Jesus' life and teachings, you won't find any details about raids, nor did Jesus have wives, in fact, he was celibate. In addition to Muhammad's hadiths, "a woman's paradise is under her husband's foot." After knowing this, why do the Muslim women choose to be treated as such? Islamic teaching is like a cancerous cell, implanted in the skull of those who adhere to its doctrines.  As for Muslims who are the only nation who believes and practice literal stoning of sinners, this is my personal response, "it's your religion to believe in stones, but please do not cast your stones at me." Only brainwashed people who can't see the spiritual darkness of Islam will assert that Christianity is compatible to it.

Why The Hate Jews and Christians
Jesus prophesied that the world would hate his people. Jews and Christians are hated by the world, thus, Hitler and the nation of Islam hated Jews and Christians, atheists also hate Christians, and Jews possibly, and other polytheistic religions are easily accepted by non-Christians instead of Christianity. The world will accept any false religion, but not Christianity. Why? because, it is called spiritual warfare. Jesus prophesied, "My sheep hear my voice, and where I am, they will follow me, but a stranger's voice--they will not hear."
THE SPIRIT OF TRUTH -- "Is not within a written letter, but in the living witnesses of Jesus Christ"
(A.)  Those who are born again and saved by Christ are given the spirit of promise, the Lord's keys to the eternal kingdom, whereas, non-Christians, do not have the spirit of promise, therefore, they do not have the gift of eternal life, and therefore they do not have the spirit of truth, and will accept anything as their code of beliefs. (B.)   Christianity doesn't force their converts, because conversion is only granted by God through Jesus Christ, and even if Christians did what Muslims did in Indonesia, by forcing converts, thus, the forced person would still be unsaved, and on the path to destruction. Why? because salvation is of the Lord, not sinful men.  Death by the sword doesn't serve the God of the bible either.
(C.)  In Muslim countries, if any Muslim converts to Christianity, that is a crime punishable by death. (For this reason, any Christian attempting to proselytize an Muslims in such countries is taking very great personal risks, both for himself, and for them).

Islam and the Qu'ran are in grave error

Islam and the Qu'ran are in grave error, and people who do not see this are themselves blind to the truth. Jesus never called His Father "Allah." If you believe that, then you must have heard it from a deceiving Muslim and not someone with biblical knowledge..
Reevaluate please:  Of the world religions, Islamic faith is the only one who seeks to destroy human lives if they don't convert. They are clearly the spirit of
Anti-Christ.

(D.)  A CAUTION TO THE TRUE CHRISTIAN:
A conversion to their faith would be blasphemy of the Holy Spirit if you are one. You would be doomed to HELL. On the other hand, there is hope for the Muslim to convert to Christianity since they never believed in Christ in the first place. Please, Christians, do not defend their concepts, but rather grow strong in Christ. Stay away from Muslims:) please listen.  Be aware that there are Muslims in EVERY nation now as what the Koran taught. These people monitor every Christian activity such as this site. There are Muslims who are members who are skilled at deception, here on this site. They are actually taught to lie to infidels. Anything that they have to do to take over the world, which is the goal of the faith. They must kill anything in their way. The radicals believe suicide martyr of infidels gain highest in afterlife. This religion is both political and spiritual. The Koran is a document of World control. Unless you are specifically called, it is best to stay away from Muslims or individuals who have converted to the Islamic faith.

(E.)  MUSLIMS ARE TACTICIANS

They constantly use one of four tactics:
1. Posture themselves while debating, as though they are wise in their teaching and speech.
2. Lie about what is written in the Koran, or lie about what the Koran teaches.
3. Claim that they believe in Jesus, even though they don't follow any of his teachings.
4. Always pronounce "peace," but never shows it without an evil agenda.

Allah is NOT Jesus' god! Allah is no god at all. He is the figment of Muhammad's evil mind. Islam teaches hatred for one's fellow man and the compelling of one's conscience to believe a lie on pain of death. Jesus gives us freedom of choice. They teach little children to hate Jews and Americans.

(F.)  The Bible and the Koran do not agree.

GOD loved us enough to send His only begotten Son, very much. For if anyone believes that Jesus was a prophet, must also believe that he spoke the truth in what he said. If Muslims indeed believe that Jesus was a true prophet of God, WHY DO THEY NOT BELIEVE HIM when He said in John 14:6 ....

I am the way, the truth and the life: no man comes to the Father, but by me?

Islam in its Defense:   You may be wondering why Muslims blow up buses, destroy churches, seize people in the provinces, and on some accounts, force converts, or scare them into converting to Islam, torture their own people, arrest people for things such as blasphemy, but with the punishment of imprisonment, spread messages of hate against all other nations when Islam means (peace), and terrorize non-Muslim countries?
The response of one representative of Islam: Why not ask
1. How could a president help the arch-killer of occupied Palestine?
2. Where was Hitler brought up, Hitler, who murdered 50 million innocent people?
3. Where were the people who dropped two atom bombs on Japan educated??
4. Who killed 3 million innocent Vietnamese?
5. Who annihilated the Indians?
6. Who maintained imperialism to this day?
7. Who waged the Spanish civil war, which exacted a toll of 600,000 in 36 months?
8. Who has over 15,000 nuclear warheads, Muslims or non-Muslims?
The Muslims or the Europeans?
9. Can you answer this, where was Bush educated, if education is really what makes a person a criminal?
10. Who invented slavery in recent centuries?
11. Who colonized the other - U.S. or them?
12. Did Algeria colonize France, or vice-verso?
13. Did Egypt colonize England, or vice-verso?
The Muslims believe that they themselves are the victims.
It is a terrible mistake to treat Islam as a religion. Islam is a political idolatry that imposes itself by force.
Why won't America Wake Up to This Fact?

OUR RESPONSE TO THE ABOVE QUESTIONS: "Telling The Truth"
Now, if the Americans had a book which taught the believers that they should kill the Muslims, would the Muslims have stood idol, even after finding this out? No, we don't think so, and another thing is that the crusader wars only arose after the heinous Islamic religious teachings. And when these Islamic teachings were delivered, America did not exist on the face of the earth, nor was Israel any longer in Palestine. Now that we have provided Islam an answer to many questions, now we will ask the Muslims this question, why not talk about the Muslim conquests, that precede all the wars that they (Muslims) are complaining about?

For instance, when Tariz bin Ziyyad entered Andalusia with his armies? he said to his people: "The sea is behind you, and the enemy is in front."  [paraphrased] Therefore, how can you storm a peaceful country, and consider all its peaceful inhabitants to be your enemies, merely because you have the right to spread your religion? which is a question, I, personally, impose on the Muslims.  Islam is a religion that is forced by the sword and through fighting by Muslims who claim that "Jesus was a prophet of Allah," despite the fact Jesus taught "Love thine enemies," and also, "Love your neighbor as yourself."
THE ARABIC LANGUAGE:
The Arabic-speaking Muslims are the most fanatical, but there are many more people who don't speak that language, who don't understand a word of what they're saying when they recite the prayers in Arabic. In order for anyone to fully understand Islam, that person must know how to read and write in Arabic.
BRAINWASHING:
When you recite to a child, still in his early years, "
They will be killed or crucified: or have their hands and feet on alternate sides cut off," you have taught that child to become a great terrorist, regardless of the verse's interpretation.  and regardless of the reasons such a verse was conveyed of its time.

PREACHING ANOTHER CHRIST (Jesus):
"If any man preaches another Christ other than the one that we preached, let him be accursed." That explains why the Muslims reject the teachings of the apostle Paul, because Paul preached the Jesus that taught, "Love thine enemies, love your neighbor as yourself, "  The Muslims also reject God's Lamb who was given as a sacrifice to God Himself, for the sins of the world. And Muslims do not believe that Jesus will judge the world. Paul preached that Jesus is the only judge that will judge all men according to their deeds.
MANIFESTATION OF TRUTH (en, Rev. John G. Fee, Rev. Stephen S. Foster, Deacon James Birney, Rev. William W. Patton, and Rev. Parker Pillsbury. You might

ISLAM: "A POLITICAL IDOLATRY OR A RELIGION?"
A woman in the Islamic Sharia:
1. has no right to choose her husband.
2. has no right to ask for a divorce.
3. has no right to gain custody of her children.

A man in the Islamic Sharia:
1. has the right to divorce his wife him being questioned.
2. has the right to sleep with as many women as he can buy, without any consideration for her dignity or her feelings. Generally speaking, the nation of Islam is living in a 7TH-century world, state of mind. they are a ways backward, and are losing out in science, medicine and other things, because of their adherence to Islam.

The only way to win over Islam is by the grace and power of the God, creator of heaven and earth, but only through the faith in his son Jesus Christ. However, the main problem starts with the seed of their doctrine.

Sharia law is slowly working its way into public life, in both the Islamic/non-Islamic nations, and from one province to another. A few people understand what that law really is and what it means to the few people living under it.
(1)  Sharia is the legal system based on the teachings of the Koran, thus, the Sunni and Hadiths of Muhammad being applied into the legal community as the basis for the way of life. Christian school girls are forced to cover their heads in Indonesia. At night in Indonesia,
Sharia policeman are on night patrol, looking to make sure no unmarried couples are seen together.

(2)  In Somalia, Muslims who converted to Christianity were beheaded. In Iran, women are literally stoned to death for committing adultery. In Afghanistan, prostitutes are executed for their behavior. In Pakistan, the government has apparently accepted the Sharia law, in the Taliban-Control Swat Valley, within the northwest province. Violators are often subjected to lashes with the whip, and anyone who blasphemes the Koran is charged and thrown in a prison cell.

(3) Muslims are dependent on their works to save them from the fires of Hell. If their bad deeds outweigh the good, they are destined to burn in Hell fire. Unlike Islam, Christianity has a Messiah who paid for the sins of those who are lost, by dying on the cross. Islam has no such savior in the Qu'ran. However, in the Hadith, Mohammad takes on the role as intercessor for the Muslim. Even Jesus and Abraham cannot equal the intercession of Mohammad. So Muslims, on the day of judgment, put their ultimate hope on Muhammad and his ability to intercede.

The Anti-Christ (According To Muslims)
In Islam, the Antichrist is described in several ways, one of the more common understandings is he will be a Jew who will have one eye, with the word Kafir on his forehead.  Why is it that the Anti-Christ will be a Jew? Could it not be that the Muslims are just racists against both Whites and Jews? Could Islam be a religion motivated by racism and politics? Why do they only consider the white man to be a devil? Why not black devils, Asians, Germans, and so-on? One thing that the Christ of the New Testament said, "For out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks." So, if Muslims have a duty to persecute Christians and Jews, and kill all non-Muslims, could it be that they are a hate group? communist group? A very dangerous occult? What Jesus do they believe? It certainly wasn't the Jesus I know, who said "
Whosoever kills with the sword will die by the sword."
And "
Let him who has not sinned, cast the first stone
."
And after knowing this, the Muslims got the nerve to say the Jesus was a "slave" of  Allah. That's like calling Jesus a devil! Jesus himself already foretold that people would call him a devil when he said, "If they have called me, the Lord of Hosts, Beelzebub, what will they say about you, who are my servants?" [para]
Therefore, calling Jesus a slave of Allah, is calling Jesus a devil, because that is exactly what "Allah" is.

Islamic Doctrine of The Grave
According to Islam, life continues in the grave after the body is buried. Life in the grave is known as Barzakh. According to Islamic tradition, while in the grave, two angels question the newly dead. Their names are Munkar and Nakir. They ask the person three questions:
1. Who is your God?
2. Who is your prophet?
3. What is your faith?
If the person answers correctly -- Allah, Islam and Muhammad -- the angels will make the grave more comfortable. They open a window where the view and orders of paradise can be enjoyed. For those who do not answer correctly, a window to hell will be opened, their grave will narrow, their ribs are crushed as they feel the heat and hot winds of hell. This will continue while the person awaits judgment. Only those who die in Jihad will go directly to Paradise.

A Buddhist's Discovery

A Buddhist's Discovery

Pantheism

BUDDHIST DISCOVERIES

.. → In The Spirit Of Buddhism ← ..
The "waking world" is not a "place", an "earth", but a realm, just as the dimension into which you enter in dreams is a realm. It is not fixed, like a moon or any "object", but it is fluid. Buddhism offers another way to Heaven (Nirvana). Reincarnation is taught. The human being represents only a limited realization of the psycho-physical scheme of appearances. The more psychic (or conscious) a person becomes, the more he or she sees the "world" as a psychic (or conscious) process. It is not only the human being that is a psycho-physical process. The "world" is also. True "Knowledge" begins only when one begins to operate from this profound premise. It sounds like an out-of-body experience, or even a near-death experience. This religion has many other beliefs that put it into conflict with true Christianity.

What are they? These answers will be given later on in "this hub". While doing my research, I came across a few coincidences about the Buddhist's beliefs in contrast to the other world religions and found some similarities. They all have either a system of practices, principles, or beliefs which discern between right and wrong. For example, compare "Do not kill a living being; do not take what is not given; do not speak a lie; do not drink intoxicants; abstain from sexual intercourse; do not eat food at night, at the wrong time ," with
"Thou shalt not kill; Thou shalt not steal; Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor;Remember the Sabbath Day, and keep it Holy."for Christians, however, it is God's commandments of the old testament. The Buddha — the "Awakened One" — called the religion he founded Dhamma-vinaya — "the doctrine and discipline." Theravada, the "Doctrine of the Elders," is the school of Buddhism that draws its scriptural inspiration from the Tipitaka, or Pali canon. To Buddhism humanity as separate from the Universe is a concept created by the human consciousness. We separate ourselves from each other, the world and the Universe when in fact we are an expression of the Universe or nature like everything else is. This would explain 'The Awaken' doctrine. We are not a separate creation but interdependently co-originate with all things.. For the Buddhists, they are 4 basic beliefs. And they are:

1, Dukkha: suffering, unsatisfactoriness, discontent, stress; 2,The cause of dukkha: the cause of this dissatisfaction is craving (tanha) for sensuality, for states of becoming, and states of no becoming; 3,The cessation of dukkha: the relinquishment of that craving; 4,The path of practice leading to the cessation of dukkha: the Noble Eightfold Path of right view, right resolve, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, right mindfulness, and right concentration.

.. → The philosophy, ← ..
"Life (human) is dukkha . ( suffering , with no apparent cause), There is a cause for the suffering. ( avidya or ignorance.), the cause can be abated, and there is a path ( Margo yoga). What the crux of this is that our minds do not see reality clearly, we do not know who we are, both to ourselves and in relation to the universe. The cause for this is ignorance of ourselves as egos that blinds us to seeing beyond ourselves." There is a remedy for this. The Remedy is Activities such as yoga, contemplation, self examination, etc. When one realizes the true nature of reality, often called ‘seeing things as they are', one has an identical experience to the historical Buddha.

Unlike the scriptures of many of the world's great religions, the Tipitaka is not regarded as gospel (good news), as an unassailable statement of divine truth (statement of faith), revealed by a prophet(messenger of God), to be accepted purely on faith. Instead, its teachings are meant to be assessed firsthand, to be put into practice in one's life so that one can find out for oneself if they do, in fact, yield the promised results. It is the truth towards which the words in the Tipitaka point that ultimately matters, not the words themselves. A supreme being is not accepted in those Eastern religions, but rather the belief in one's own merits. To Buddhism humanity as separate from the Universe is a concept created by the human consciousness. "We separate ourselves from each other, the world and the Universe when in fact we are an expression of the Universe or nature like everything else is. We are not a separate creation but interdependently co-originate with all things ."

Buddhism is not a matter of faith, but a matter of realizing what the historical Buddha realized; the interpenetration of all things and co-origination, thus, man is no more ‘sacred' then anything else, he is as important as all creations-all mutually defining. Finally, the Buddhist will have reached a level of consciousness at which he/she can discover the Guru, and at that point, one may become sensitiveve to the Guru, or the Buddha — One Who Is Awake, the Paradoxical Being. The Guru Is That "Other Dimension" — in Person. Like a genie in a dream, the Guru is both a Perfect Distraction and a Perfect Servant. Take note that there are different schools in this religion, many of which are divided from the other, Tibetan, Zhan, Nichiren, Pure Land, Zen/Ch'an, Mahayana, Theravada, and others.

Two important facts. Regardless of religious beliefs, people cannot deny the existence of Mother Nature. What do I mean, and what does this haveto do with the topic? Well, these facts serve as sort of an intro into this next section, and they are reproduction and death. Nature takes its course in both. All tribes and people of any race, and origin either mate and reproduce, and they certainly do die. The difference in the way that we carry our wedding ceremonies and funerals is the point. While Westerners go to churches to march to the altar and schedule after partieswith a honeymoon to follow, the Buddhists, like the Hinduis, go to the Monasteries to appoint an ordained Monk, and their funeral services involve ritualistic activities. Following is a short description of the ritual ceremonies (a specific form of movement, a manipulation of objects or inner processes designed to produce desired effects), 2 in particular, and they are the marriage and funeral ceremony. In religion ritual is geared toward union with the Divine. In magical works it produces a specific state of consciousness that allows the magician to move energy toward needed goals. I know little about what actually occurs during the rites and ceremonies, but I'll start with the funeral rites..

Funeral Rites - Funeral rituals in Nepal are steeped in religious tradition, with Hindu priests and Buddhist Lamas providing spiritual guidance to the dead on its ultimate journey to the eternal world. Sometimes, especially in Buddhist funeral ceremony, the soul itself needs to be convinced that it no longer belongs to this mortal world, and that it now needs to get prepared to travel to the ethereal world. All these arcane and complex funeral ceremonies are performed with a single aim: to ensure that the departed soul doesn't get stranded in the netherworld for lack of proper guidance on way to heavenly destiny. This vigil is very important for the Buddhists who believe that upon death the soul leaves the earthly body immediately but hovers around it for three days and that sometimes within this time frame the soul may decide to reunite with the body causing an instance of miraculous resurrection .

Marriage Ceremony - In view of the traditional importance that the marriage ceremony has in the West, moreover, local, and especially isolated Buddhists without access to a temple or a monk might well adopt the following service that could be performed by relatives and friends of the bride and groom :

(i) Before a shrine specially erected, complete with a Buddha image, candles and flowers, the bridal couple and assembly should recite the Vandana, Tisarana and Pancasila in English or Pali to be found in the Pali Chanting, with English translations.

(ii) The couple should light the candles and incense sticks and offers the flowers placing them on and around the table on which stands the image.

(iii) The bride and groom should then, in turn, recite the traditional undertakings expected of them as found in the Sigilovdda Sutta (Digha Nikilya 3 1)

All the things you've read so far about the religion, their practices, and beliefs about the "Awakened One," The Guru, Waking World, Nirvana (heaven), and all the disciplines, and all of their yoga practices, one would think that Buddhism is a good religion. How good is it really? The only people who do know are the people who have been Buddhists and have actually had the experience. This section tells about the true discoveries that a few fortunate people have had. This is their testimony given below in quotations. The 1st testimony does not have a name because the witness remained Anonymous, therefore, I will substitute "Anonymous" for the person's name. Now let's begin.
E X - B U D D H I S T: "It was a long hard battle. What began as a search for the truth became a battle for my heart and soul. My mother is a Buddhist. I know that she studied being a Buddhist in her younger age. As a child we went to temples every year. It was the most boring and useless event I ever went to. I hated it. The only thing I looked forward to was the food.I caught on to it pretty fast. I got into meditation and such. I remember at times I could dream about the future and at times I went out of my body and saw the city from above. Later on I finally understood that it was the spirits that showed me the future. As I got into meditation I felt something pulled me deep into myself.I could feel something trying to influence me while I meditate. As I followed it, I heard a voice, a still, strong voice above everything else, from the inside of my heart say "I’ve been waiting for you". I freaked and stopped meditating to much after that. I thought of Christ as someone that was weak and didn’t have much power. I began rebelling against him but no matter what, ♥ I never deny he was the son of God. It never left my lips and it wasn’t even in my heart. The most unbelievable thing happened to me, I cried. So I said to the Lord "my beloved Master, on the day I got you I was so happy. ♦ That’s how it has been since then. I feel asleep with tears flowing. The tears were so precious to me." - Anonymous
DISCUSSION:Jesus revealed himself by first upsetting someone's routine meditation just to show them his love and power over all things. And it's true, Jesus has power over all things, whether Buddha, spirits, demons, powers. Let's continue on.

2. "I came to the Buddhist path as a seeker. I was skeptical about religious claims, but felt a deep void in my life. I yearned for meaning and truth in a unpredictable and often hostile world. In Buddhism, I thought I had found what I was searching for. Buddhists believe karma keeps one trapped in an endless cycle of death and rebirth (samsara ), and the only way out is through enlightenment. To become enlightened, one has to eliminate desire. Buddha taught that desire is the root of suffering; that it causes attachment, which leads to suffering, and in turn causes other beings to suffer. This produces negative karma . If one eliminates desire and stops causing suffering, one can become enlightened, as he had. But eventually I began to question. Who or what had set this law of karma in motion? Who judged these beings' actions and sentenced them to another life of pain? Why were beings punished for actions they would be unable to remember? Was desire always a bad thing? Wasn't the desire for enlightenment still desire? If so, how could one ever attain enlightenment? ♦ So I strayed from the Buddhist path, the emptiness within me greater than before. I began to examine the claims of Jesus of Nazareth in a new light, laying aside the biases and prejudices that had caused me to dismiss Him as merely a “great human teacher.” The more I searched, the more I came to believe that there was a sovereign God who loved me and that Jesus was who He claimed to be—the Son of Man, fully human and fully God. ♥ I accepted Christ into my heart. In doing so, I now feel that I've found true enlightenment—through a personal relationship with my Creator." - Anonymous

DISCUSSION:The "void" that he was talking about is a void that nothing or nobody can fill except the Lord Jesus Christ. God created all things and all men. To seek truth on another path other than what the bible teaches is the same as "Idolatry." Thus, it is written, "Hear oh Israel, the Lord our God is one. Thou shalt have no other Gods before me." and Buddha is a false god inspite the fact that he was not a God, but a man whose Buddhist followers are his worshippers. Let's continue. The next testimony is from a many who did have a near-death or out-of-body-experience, whatever you want to call it, and had envisioned going to hell. He was a practicing Buddhist.

3. "I learned later that I actually died for three days. My body decayed and stunk of death, and my heart stopped beating. My body was prepared for cremation and was put through traditional Buddhist purification rites. The king of hell told me to look into the lake of fire. I looked and I saw the saffron colored robes that Buddhist monks wear in Myanmar. I looked closer and saw the shaven head of a man. When I looked at the man's face I saw it was U Zadila Kyar Ni Kan Sayadaw [the famous monk who had died in a car accident in 1983]. I asked the king of hell why my former leader was confined to this lake of torment. I said, ↓ "Why is he in this lake of fire? He was a very good teacher. He even had a teaching tape called 'Are You a Man or a Dog?' which had helped thousands of people understand that their worth as humans is far greater than the animals." Ω The king of hell replied, "Yes, he was a good teacher but he did not believe in Jesus Christ. That's why he is in hell."

CONCULSION: The truth is that it the Lord has revealed the truth to us, and that truth is not from us, but from Him. We cannot find truth by following some other path, man-made religion, or someone else's ego. Put away all rules. Be not deceived. The bible gives us the truth, "As a man thinks, that is what he is." And the heart of mankind is deceitfully wicked. The heart must be given to God, meaning, allow him (Jesus Christ) to come into your life. For it was God plan from the beginning to reconcile all things unto himself through Jesus Christ.
